10 Jahre MASSIANER - Ein großes Dankeschön an Yannik!
Vor einigen Wochen feierten wir ein ganz besonderes Jubiläum: Seit 10 Jahren bereichert Yannik unser Team mit seiner unermüdlichen Energie und positiven Ausstrahlung. Seine fröhliche Art ist einfach ansteckend und schafft eine Atmosphäre, in der es Freude macht, zu arbeiten.
Egal, wie herausfordernd die Aufgaben sind, Yannik bleibt stets motiviert und flexibel. Seine Hilfsbereitschaft und sein Engagement sind vorbildlich und machen ihn zu einem unverzichtbaren Teil unseres Teams.
Wir danken dir von Herzen für deine langjährige Treue und deinen unermüdlichen Einsatz. Auf die nächsten 10 Jahre voller Erfolg, Spaß und gemeinsamer Erlebnisse! 
Family-Friendliness in the Company
What does that actually mean? Are we already family-friendly? What more can we actually do?
With these questions, we entered the certification process of wfg Wirtschaftsförderung Kreis Soest GmbH to become a Family-Friendly Company in the Soest district.
After two workshops, an intensive company visit, and a dynamic jury presentation, we can officially say: Yes, we are.
However, through the excellent network of wfg, we have simultaneously realized: We can do much more.
An award is nice, but it must always be an incentive to keep improving, making innovative suggestions, and being a pioneer.
This can be extended to all areas of the company.
A big thank you to our team for their commitment and implementation of these important measures. Together, we continue to strive to balance work and family.
